Collection Summary

  1. Collection Options: Orders made online or via the Call Centre can be collected from one of our locations.

  2. Contact Information: You must provide a telephone number when choosing in-store collection. We will inform you of the goods' location.

  3. Alternative Locations: If the goods are not at your preferred location, we can arrange for collection from another site, which may take a few days.

  4. Collection Notification: Once notified that your goods are ready, you must collect them within 5 working days. Bring the card used for payment and an official ID.

  5. Responsibility for Delays: We are not liable for any losses due to delays in making items available for collection.

  6. Courier Arrangements: If you arrange for a courier to collect the item, email us with the courier’s name and collection date. Collections can only occur between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

  7. Courier Check: The courier must check and sign for the item upon collection. We do not accept returns for damage if you use your own courier, so we recommend insuring the items during transport.

 

Delivery Policy

We utilize a mix of our own vehicles and third-party logistics providers to keep delivery costs low. The choice of carrier is based on the product type and your location. For instance, smaller items like hobs might be delivered by a network carrier, while larger items like washing machines are typically delivered by our dedicated transport.

Delivery Details:

  • Free Delivery: Most UK postcodes qualify for free delivery, but some may require a separate quote due to distance from our Birmingham warehouse.
  • Additional Charges: If you're purchasing multiple items and your area is chargeable, the highest delivery cost applies, plus £5 for each additional item.
  • Delivery Services: We offer:
    • Standard Service: Delivery within 10 working days.
    • Express Service: Delivery within 3 working days (additional charge applies).
    • Next Day Service: Available upon request (additional charge applies).

Important Notes:

  • We can delay deliveries for a maximum of 10 working days.
  • Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed; we will inform you of any delays.
  • Free delivery promotions are time-limited and may apply to specific items only.
  • Delivery is to the address specified on your order, and times are calculated as working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
  • We will provide an AM or PM delivery slot the day before, and our driver will call 20 minutes to an hour prior to delivery.

Delivery Conditions:

  • If you cannot accept delivery on the scheduled day, notify our Despatch Team at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a second delivery fee.
  • Deliveries are to the doorstep only, with a single-driver service. If you need delivery inside your property, it will be at your own risk.
  • Liability for the items extends only to your door; we are not responsible for any damage beyond that point.
  • Do not book fitters until you have received and inspected your goods. We are not liable for costs arising from delays in fitting.
