Warranty Information:

Yes, all our appliances come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty, unless stated otherwise. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects (NON COSMETIC) and provides peace of mind with your purchase. Delivery Signatures:

Yes, someone can sign for the delivery on your behalf. Please note that the person signing will assume full responsibility for accepting the order, and all terms and conditions will apply as if you had signed for it yourself. Make sure they are aware of this before the delivery!

 

Payment Security:

Yes, payment on our website is secure. We prioritize the safety of our customers' card details. All transactions are processed through Opayo or PayPal, both of which are leading payment service providers certified by Visa and MasterCard.

When you enter the secure payment section, your browser will switch to 'secure mode,' ensuring that all your details are encrypted. Additionally, for your protection, we do not store any credit card details after your order has been processed.

 

Cosmetic Marks on Arrival:

If your item arrives with cosmetic marks that were not previously advertised, please take the following steps:

  1. Detail the Marks: Note the marks on the delivery driver’s paperwork.
  2. Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to us at  while the driver is still present.

If this happens outside of our business hours, please make a note of the marks and return the item with the driver. Our dedicated After-Sales Team will follow up with you once we reopen.

 

Installation and Connection Services:

Currently, we do not offer installation or connection services for our appliances outside of Bristol. We will simply deliver your item to you. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out!

 

Item Collection:

Absolutely! You can choose to collect your item when completing your order. Please make sure to provide us with a telephone number so we can contact you to organize the collection. If you have any further questions, just let us know!

 

Old Appliance Removal:

Yes, we can take your old appliance away for recycling at the same time as delivering your new one. This option only applies for Bristol at this time. The service incurs a small charge of £20 for non-refrigeration items and £30 for refrigeration items inc vat.

Please ensure that the item is placed outside the property on the day of delivery. If it’s not ready, you will need to arrange alternative recycling, as we cannot make a second trip.

Rest assured, all removed appliances are recycled and disposed of in full compliance with the WEEE directive for your peace of mind.

 

Delivery Charges:

We offer free delivery to most areas in the UK. To check if your location qualifies for free delivery, please use our postcode checker when completing your order. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out!

 

Delivery Times:

We aim to deliver within 5 working days of receiving your order with our standard delivery service. In exceptional circumstances, this may extend to 10 working days.

If you need your order sooner, we also offer express and next day delivery services. Please contact us for more details!

 

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order for an immediate refund at any time before the goods are dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, we'll process your refund once the item(s) are returned to our Bristol warehouse.

 

Bulk Discounts:

We strive to provide the best deals at competitive prices. For potential bulk discounts on multiple appliance purchases, please reach out to our sales team at 01179 with your basket details, and they'll assist you in checking available discounts.

 

Connection Cables for Appliances:

Our built-in single ovens, double ovens, electric hobs, and freestanding electric cookers are sold without power cables (Some manufacturers provide cables). This is in accordance with safety legislation, which requires that these appliances be installed by a qualified electrician. The electrician will supply the appropriate cable and perform the necessary safety tests.
