All our products will be represented with a grade to allow clarity on the product/products you purchase along with photos of the exact product you will receive.

Delivery & Collection
We offer free delivery within or around the Bristol area, outside this radius we will have to charge for delivery depending on distance. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions regarding delivery on info@discountappliancesonline.co.uk.
Delivery of our items are either us or a Third Party, they will be couriered/palletised depending on product size and weight if shipped further then Bristol or surrounding area. All items will be shipped within 3 working days, tracking provided and all products will be wrapped and strapped for its own protection.
If the product is damaged during delivery, please take photos before unpackaging the appliance from the pallet. This will allow us to show evidence to put a claim in against the shipping company if a third party is used.
All items posted via pallet are Curb/Drive/Front door drop offs only, we can not provide an install service outside of the Bristol & surrounding area. We can provide local delivery and an install service at an extra cost please view our website for more details.
Please ensure you have the ability to carry the appliance/appliance's into you're property if delivered by a third party company.
Damaging the appliance by bringing it into your property is not covered under our returns policy.
Refrigeration delivery is Bristol & surrounding area only. Unless satisfactory mean's to palletise the item can be achieved.
If collecting from our store, please contact the office to make arrangement's for collection day's and time's.

Grading Information and Breakdown.
As Bristol's biggest graded centre we want to ensure complete clarity with every product listed to make you feel comfortable with you're purchase.
Grading Criteria for New Product's:
Brand New: Brand new and boxed.
Grade 1: Brand new, box has imperfection's only.
Grade 2: Brand new, unboxed with no mark's or imperfection's.
Grade 3: Brand new, 1 mark/scratch or dent.
Grade 4: Brand new, 1-3 mark's/scratch's or dent's.
Grade 5: Brand new, 3 & above mark's, scratch's or dent's.
Grading Criteria for Rework Product's:
Grade 1R: No mark's.
Grade 2R: 1 mark/scratch or dent.
Grade 3R: 1-3 mark's/scratch's or dent's.
All supplied with 1 year warranty.
Grading Process Breakdown:
Brand new boxed appliance's do not full under the graded category unless the box has been opened, even just to check the appliance has in no way been damaged in transit/handling.
All product's classified as brand new graded are sourced from all major manufacturer's across the country by various mean's. We recieve our product's in one of many way's such as end of line stock, ex-display, returned/failed delivery and so on. All these product's are brand new, unused appliance's that can be sold as brand new. All ex-display appliance's are either with or without their packaging therfore they are then classified as a "Brand New Graded Appliance".
As "Brand New Graded Appliance's" may or may not be without it's original packaging, we have created as easy to follow grading process we use for each product listed. Appliance's may be marked in some form during transit between the manufacturer and us, we do our best to reduce this however appliance's may already be marked upon our collection before transit which is mostly the case. We then "PAT Test" each appliance upon arrival to ensure each appliance we sell is 100% safe. Ex-Display appliance's may ocassionaly be missing either some or all paperwork supplied by the manufacturer, however you can still call to register the appliance and download any information on their website.
We have created a grading process that is easy to follow for complete transparency. Every single appliance is checked for any mark's/scratch's or dent's all over with supplied photo's of each condition.
Grade 1 will display a boxed item usually with label removal mark's/scuff's and so on.
Grade 2 will display a un boxed appliance that will have no frontal mark's/scratch's or dent's. Body mark's/scratch's or dent's that will not be seen once installed do not full under this category.
Grade 3 will display a un boxed appliance with either 1 mark/scratch or dent on the face/viewable area of the appliance. Body mark's/scratch's or dent's that will not be seen once installed do not full under this category.
Grade 4 will display a unboxed appliance with 1-3 mark's/scratch's or dent's on the face/viewable area of the appliance. Body mark's/scratch's or dent's that will not be seen once installed do not full under this category.
Grade 5 will display a unboxed appliance with 3 or more mark's/scratch/s or dent's on the face/viewable area of the appliance. Body mark's/scratch's or dent's that will not be seen once installed do not full under this category.
Rework Grading Breakdown:
We currently have contract's with many leading directly approved rework manufacturer's who sell us appliance's with 1 year warranty. Each manufacturer test's every individual appliance to ensure the correct functionality. These return's are either brand new returned appliance's, failed delivery, ex-display or faulty customer return's. Each appliance is then tested, approved and warranty labeled to then be valid for resale. Without this sticker, no refurbished appliance with be available to buy through our company or website. All warranty label's must remain on the appliance through the warranty duration, failing that the warranty will be invalid even with proof of purchase.
As "Rework Graded Appliance's" they will be without it's original packaging, we have created as easy to follow grading process we use for each product listed.
